Welcome to my first ever blog!

Thought I'd introduce myself so you know a little bit about me...

My name is Kathryn, I'm 20 years old and Photography is my passion. In particular I like to shoot High Fashion, Beauty and Portraiture.

I have been studying photography for just over three years now, I took my A level in photography along side Art and IT. I then went on to complete a diploma course at Newcastle College specializing in Photography and I am now not long into my first year of my Degree in Commercial Photography at Newcastle College.

Over the past three years I have been within the Photography world I have tried to grab every opportunity I can outside of my studying. To show off my skills, gain as much experience as I can and take part in local events whether it be Prom Fashion shows, Charity Fashion shows, Proms, Nursery Fairs and more.

I have also had the chance to shoot with an amazing dance crew and local band as well as be apart in producing the photographs for their first ever album cover.

The list goes on... But instead of rattling them all off to you I'd like to show you some of my best and favourite pieces of work I have done so far and what I am also currently working on throughout my degree course at Newcastle College.
